Her innovative approach to business has made Jena a sought-after industry consultant and speaker. Jeff Hull has worked with tech, automotive, travel, finance, spirits and consumer brands both in the U.S. and internationally. He has worked with clients like Dell EMC, Panasonic, Volvo Trucks, Anheuser Busch-Inbev, AT&T, Raytheon, PepsiCo, Chemours, the National Association of Realtors, Hilton Hotels, and many others. He has worked for top agencies in New York and San Francisco (Young & Rubicam; 360i; McCann; Goodby, Silverstein & Partners) and in Sweden (Forsman & Bodenfors, Nine Yards, A+A). He has also worked on branded content projects with publishers such as the New York Times’ T-Brand Studios, the Washington Post Brand Studio, Afar Media, The New Yorker, Audubon Backpacker and The Player’s Tribune. Jeff has produced video, digital, social, print and OOH projects. His copywriting helped MERCURYcsc win an Effie award for the Montana Office of Tourism. He has been a magazine journalist, with travel work appearing in FastCompany, The Atlantic Monthly, Fortune, Men’s Journal, Travel + Leisure, Outside, National Geographic Traveler, National Geographic Adventure, Islands, Private Clubs, Yachting, Sailing and several other national titles.
Andrew has led creative development efforts for JG Worldwide and its portfolio of companies since 2008. In that time he’s overseen the evolution of the firm’s visual identity and led the design strategy for each of its unique brands. Prior to joining JG Worldwide, Andrew held a number of successful positions at CBS News, Undertone Networks, Marmillion + Company and the DC Office of Cable and Telecommunications. A graduate of Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service, Andrew developed a passion for travel following a semester abroad in Milan, Italy.

Cathy has been a communications and branding executive for two decades, specializing in branding and trade promotions for luxury and experiential travel products and destinations.
Cathy previously led marketing efforts for a number of high-profile consumer and business magazines. At Travel + Leisure magazine, she was responsible for industry branding and partnered with the sales team to develop initiatives to maintain the magazine’s position as the #1 U.S. travel publication. She joined JG Black Book in 2007 and has worked to establish the brand as a market leader. She is also responsible for leading her team in establishing and building the Global Group by JG, W!T, and The Bodhi Tree Foundation brands, and she helped establish the organization’s Branding & Marketing services division.

Alexandra Avila is a strategic sales and marketing specialist with nine years of proven success in supporting young brands through hyper growth and development. With expertise in brand partnerships, public relations, hospitality sales, and digital marketing, she has implemented solutions across the travel, fashion and publishing industries.
Alexandra led the J.G. Black Book PR department to generate over 1 trillion dollars in PR value for clients. She provides strategic guidance to the PR team and leads the firm’s trade relations efforts around the globe.
Alexandra graduated from Northeastern University with a BA in Business Marketing. She began her career in travel with JG Black Book, following roles at other top brands including Travel + Leisure Magazine, The Guggenheim Museums (Venice, Italy and Bilbao, Spain), Ideeli and the Tod’s Group S.p.a.
Trade & Media Relations
Natacha Tonissoo is a multilingual luxury travel public relations specialist and leads JG Black Book’s PR division. She relocated from London, where she led a PR team for Hills Balfour, working on behalf of a diverse portfolio of destination accounts including Tahiti Tourism, The Jerusalem Tourism Development Authority, Tourism Quebec, Qatar Tourism Authority, as well as ecoluxury Costa Navarino Spa Resort in Greece and Amari Hotels in Southeast Asia.
Natacha also served as Senior Account Manager at Mango PR, where she established media connections and built her PR acumen working on accounts such as Aqua Expeditions, The James Hotels, Barcelo Hotels & Resorts and WEXAS Travel among spa hotels such as Relais San Maurizio in Piedmont and Dormy House Hotel in the Cotswolds.
Nicole joined the JG Black Book team in 2017. As the Marketing Manager, she works with Collection Members to oversee social media, website and email marketing initiatives. She also offers support in event marketing.
In 2010, Nicole Introcaso launched a social media and creative marketing agency, providing services to clients across lifestyle industries. For six years, operated her own business, gaining extensive experience in social media, PR, event management, SEO and email marketing.
Nicole then worked as Digital Marketing Manager for an online start-up focused on Caribbean travel, where she successfully created digital content and campaigns that brought further awareness to the region and helped consumers make informed travel decisions.
Nicole graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing and studied at an art school in Florence, Italy.
Jeff founded MercuryCSC in 1997 and rapidly grew it to be a leader in connecting brand with consumers who value sense of place. Working with clients over the years ranging from Big Sky Resort, Murdoch’s Ranch and Home, Montana Office of Tourism, Orvis, Vasque, ExOfficio and dozens more, Jeff leads staff and works directly with clients on higher level branding and creative problems.
A skilled marketing and advertising strategist, Shawn Parks has over 22 years experience working at advertising agencies including Young & Rubicam in San Francisco, Ogilvy & Mather and MindShare in New York, OMD in Atlanta, and St. John & Partners in Jacksonville.
Shawn’s experience covers a wide range of categories and includes brands such as Chevron, Rice-A-Roni, Clorox Products (Formula 409, Kingsford, Combat), Novartis Pharmaceuticals (Elidel, Zelnorm, Lamisil), SAP, Cingular Wireless, Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau, Kissimmee Convention & Visitors Bureau, Mississippi Gulf Coast Convention & Visitors Bureau, Florida Lottery, Daytona International Speedway, American Health Care Association, Florida Department of Transportation, and JEA.
Shawn received a Bachelor of Business Administration in General Business from Ole Miss and his MBA from Arkansas State University.
With over a decade of digital and print media of experience, Yogesh has worked as a designer, content creator and editor for a wide range Montana businesses and national brands such Simms Fishing and Yeti Coolers. He holds an MA in photojournalism from the University of Montana and worked for weekly papers in Missoula and Hawaii before shifting focus to web and graphic design in 2006. Yogesh has experience with the brand and values of First Interstate Bank through his freelance work as the voice talent for previous TV and radio ads.
Cailley worked for large ad agencies in Chicago and Salt Lake City (OMD and MRM//McCann) before shifting client-side as the Director of Sales & Digital Media for Ski Utah. Luckily, life led her to Montana, where she became the Media Strategist at MERCURYcsc. Cailley approaches media with a passion around data and results to prove return. Her personal connections to Miles City, Montana fuel her dedication to fight for the best placements and pricing to promote First Interstate Bank’s smaller rural branches.
